Phase 1
Consultation
Initial Meeting to Review Room Layouts, Room Ideas and the Process with the homeowner. Our main goal is to put the client at ease and s elevate any stress by giving them the information and tools they need for a seamless process.
Phase 2
Staging Report
Our reports include a detailed checklist of what clients should do to prepare their home for staging as well as showings. Each report includes a room by room checklist of items including what to declutter, paint selections and other items that we feel will increase the homes value.
Phase 3
Client Liaison
We work with clients no matter what time of day to ensure they have the support they need during this stressful time. We assist with sub-contractor contacts, decluttering, packing and overall assistance leading up to staging day.
Phase 4
Staging Day
On the day of staging, we ensure all steps are taken to properly prepare the home to look its best. Custom art, beautiful accents and carefully selected furniture is brought into the home to display its function, beauty and space.
